All prices include:- Gas, Electricity, Bed Linen and Towels. Booking Deposit £100 per week (To be paid within seven days of the booking date). If your holiday start date is within six weeks of the booking date, then the full amount is due along with the seperate Damage and late arrival deposit cheque described below, at the time of booking. Damage and Late Arrival Deposit (Refundable) - £100 per week Payable by seperate cheque, with your balance. This cheque will be destroyed, in the event of no damage or loss when the lodge is inspected when you finally vacate it at the end of your stay, unless otherwise instructed. You will be asked to indicate an estimated time of arrival and in the event of you being more than two hours late you will be retrospectively charged at a rate of £10 per hour of waiting time, unless of course you have already informed us that you are going to be late, prior to your estimated time of arrival and that we have been able to make alternative arrangements for handing over the keys. In the event that you do not give us an estimated time of arrival we will assume it will be the usual time of 4pm. Three night weekend breaks (4pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday to 10am Monday) and four night weekday breaks (4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday to 10am Friday) are catered for subject to availability and time of season. Cost 65% of weekly rate.
